Top Secrets of Health is a book that teaches you how to take control of your health. If you are rich you may buy a very expensive hospital bed and die in style. However, if you have health, you may lose every material thing and regain it by working hard mentally and physically. How I Healed Myself

This book was written after I had made an experiment on myself. I grew up healthy. I had all my children in my twenties, and I was only hospitalized for maternity purposes. In my mid-thirties I started to have the following symptoms:

  • Urinary tract infections.
  • Frequent yeast infection.
  • Swollen legs and feet.
  • Chronic tiredness. 
  • Poor sleeping patterns.
  • Indigestion.
  • Constipation.
  • Flatulence.
  • Skin breakouts (my skin was clear even during adolescence).
  • Weight gain.

The tiredness was particularly problematic. I used to sleep late, hoping to feel better but this never helped. This went on till my 40s. I got tired of taking medicines all the time. I got tired of paying for expensive skin care products and facials without improvement to my skin. It was obvious that no one could help me. No one could restore the health that I had enjoyed up to the age of 35 years. 

Thankfully the internet provided all the information that I needed. I learned that the major factor in all my problems was food. I learned which foods enhanced my health, and which foods caused health problems. I learned too that I was a good candidate for chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, and cancer. In January 2008, after the festivities, I stopped eating the foods that cause diseases, and ate only the foods that enhance health.

After 3 months all the symptoms were gone and I lost weight. I never planned to lose weight because it was not of concern. Still, losing weight from 76kg to 62kg was a welcome bonus. The main achievement was the disappearance of all my symptoms and the energy boost.

In 2008, aged 46 I made my new diet a permanent part of my lifestyle. I am now 55 years old. I weigh between 65kg and 69kg (143lb and 152lb), which is perfect for my 168cm height. My skin is clear. I stopped buying expensive skincare products in 2009, and I moved to natural products in 2014. I sleep like a baby. I have so much energy I can stay work 16 hours in a day if I am busy with a writing project.

And, believe it or not, I do not take pills for anything! Neither should you. It is natural to be healthy. Illness is not natural.
